2. Initiating a Return
2.1 Return Process (BoxChamp Orders Only)
To initiate a return for items sold and fulfilled by BoxChamp, please contact our customer support at boxchat.company@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2.2 Return Process (Vendor Orders)
To initiate a return for items sold by a vendor, you must contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided on the vendor’s Vendor Profile page. The vendor will provide return instructions based on their policy.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
For BoxChamp orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
For vendor orders, return shipping costs are determined by the vendor’s individual return policy.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process (BoxChamp Orders Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
